Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $50.00.
• Flat Rate Shipping: $4.95 for orders under $50.00.
• Estimated Delivery: Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love your gear. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
